INTRODUCTION

INFRATECH ELECTRICAL PROVIDES THE FOLLOWING SERVICES.

 ELECTRICAL

• Infrared scanning complete with a comprehensive report system from FLIR as per attached demo done on 1 x 500 amp circuit breaker.
• Electrical maintenance and installations of distribution boards, HT Panels, Battery Tripping Units.
• Wiring of electrical panels i.e. Direct on line panels, Star Delta Panels, General Panels for machinery requirements.

TRANSFORMER OIL SAMPLING

TRANSFORMER OIL SAMPLING, WHICH INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING, TESTS BELOW.

• KV (Breakdown voltage test on oil)
• Karl Fisher. (Water parts per million)
• Gas. (Gassing of Transformers due to O/Heating, Loose Connections Etc.
• PCB. (Polychlorinated Biphenyl Contaminated Oils)
• Furanic Test. (Paper ageing Analysis)

Please note a full report on the above tests will be attached to the profile.

When taking the above sample an inspection of the transformer will be carried out and checks on the below will be brought to the attention of the client.

Leaks from bushings valves etc.

Low Oil Levels.

Any other items related to maintenance will be noted and a report on the oil result will be submitted to the customer, with our recommendations.
